We truly hope you are happy with all of your purchases with us, but if for some reason you need to return an item within 30 days of the original date purchased we will be happy to issue you a full refund in the original form of payment. All items must be unused and undamaged as they were when you first received the item. Any special orders or customized jewelry will be non-refundable butcan be exchanged depending on the situation. Restocking fees and restrictions may apply. All items must be accompanied with their original paperwork including receipts, appraisals, and certifications. Timepieces must be accompanied with their original form of packaging and paperwork. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
